Learn the first five foundational postures and movements that the majority of our main program is based on. This is the first step to properly engaging the correct muscle groups and supporting your body properly during exercise.

EXTERNAL HEALTH

Once your internal health is sorted and steady, we can begin working on your external health, including stability, mobility and flexibility. All foundational exercises are introduced and form mastered before adding weights.

Now that you have the first 5 movements down, we can graduate into the base exercises that will form the structure for your supersets! Take your time to get the postures correct for maximum results.

By learning the art of foam rolling, you will save yourself a TON of time and pain with varying levels of self-massage aimed at reducing sore muscles, tight tendons and joint discomfort.

PERFORMANCE

At this stage, you’ve nailed form, established stability and your flexibility and mobility continue to improve. We are moving into building strength and increasing speed and power.

This is the next step in your program after successfully completing Fitness Foundations. At first, you are simply learning the proper positions, then we begin to add weight gradually as your strength improves.
