How to Hinge (Deadlift)

Bending from the waist (safely) can be harder than it looks which is why so many people complain about back injuries. A hinge is loosely defined as any movement that bends you forward and in half. In this video, we’re going to use the deadlift to teach you how to hinge from the hips. You’ll learn how you to use the right muscles, build strength and even some tools that can help prevent or even correct back pain.
